This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a welcoming bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find a currency exchange, which I remember fondly. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The hotel offered strong wifi with no password required, making it easy to connect. The staff I interacted with were warm and helpful, adding to the overall comfort.

if only i could give zero stars! the towels were so worn, it felt like using sandpaper. Plus, i woke up to find my room door wide open! as a guest, i expected the pool to be operational and someone to actually care about my comfort, but i guess that's too much to ask.

The kids really enjoyed the children's playground, and we appreciated the 32-inch LCD TVs for some family entertainment. The wi-fi was great and made it easy to keep the little one entertained while we settled in. We had a comfortable stay with our baby.

My wife says that the parking situation was a bit cramped. It would be great to have more family-friendly dining options.

The location felt pretty safe, which was a relief, and the staff I interacted with were nice. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and it was quite frustrating that the breakfast they advertised is no longer served. Unfortunately, due to the overall maintenance issues and lack of amenities.

The pool was closed without prior notice!!! The towels were so worn they had holes, and the bedding was threadbare. A refreshing renovation could do wonders.

Parking was tight and awkward, making it a challenge to maneuver in and out. The lack of basic amenities, along with unhelpful front desk staff, contributed to an underwhelming experience.

The front desk staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and a nice AC unit kept things cool. It was a peaceful stay despite a few noises at night. Overall, I’d consider returning after resolving some minor issues.

It was just a decent option for a short stay in San Benito with fantastic value. The Wi-Fi was great, no password needed, which made it super easy to connect. Bring your own towels just in case.
